Position: Senior Text-to-Speech (TTS) Research Engineer.
Location: Amsterdam, London, Munich or Zurich.
Salary: Negotiable depending on experience, extremely competitive.
Responsibilities:
Joining the voice/speech team, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and optimizing advanced TTS models to improve voice quality and naturalness. You will lead research initiatives, conduct experiments, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate cutting-edge TTS solutions into production. You will also stay up to date with the latest advancements in the field, mentor junior team members, and publish research findings in high-impact journals. Additionally, you will manage large-scale datasets and ensure scalable, high-performance TTS solutions are delivered for real-world applications .
About you:
Strong text-to-speech (TTS) experience.
Minimum of 2 years out of academia .
PhD in a related field + papers on Google Scholar .
Experience with digital avatars and GenAI (desirable).
