With a new expansion to their business opening in March, our long-standing client is looking to find an experienced and well-connected Senior/Associate Planner to be the first hire and join their newly appointed Director in the brand-new Newcastle team. This is a really exciting opportunity to be part of a new chapter for a well established Planning and Environmental consultancy, who previously had offices based in the North West only. The new Director will be sourcing new work opportunities and adding further strings to the company's bow, as they bring on new sectors within the business. Your responsibilities will be as follows:

Leading development planning work and providing planning advice to colleagues and clients. Assisting and running business development activities and bids for major projects. Leading and managing projects from opportunity to delivery. Forming good relationships with clients, colleagues, and fellow professionals. Keeping up to date with industry news and documents relating to planning policy and practice. This employee-owned trust offers an incredible benefits package as well as being one of the most competitive payers in the market. You will be given the opportunity to earn a performance-related bonus, as well as being enrolled into the EOT scheme from day 1. Flexible working is given as standard, as well as being entered into health insurance plans and receiving pension contributions on top of a range of other company benefits.
