Senior Total Rewards Partner Salary:

£52,380 - 58,000 (depending on experience) Location:

The Opportunity A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a senior Total Rewards Partner to join our team. You will provide Total Rewards consultancy services to internal customers in support of benefit and compensation management, and retirement programs. You will manage complex analysis and research, lead the development and delivery of communication material, work with internal partners such as the entire EAME HR community, manage stakeholders and external vendors. Job Responsibilities and Duties: You will act as functional expert and lead external market research and analyses to understand Total Rewards trends and ensure programs are market competitive and support business and talent objectives You will perform complex qualitative and quantitative research on total rewards related programs to support business and talent challenges You will lead complex Total Rewards related projects, interacting with consultants and internal partners You will manage external vendors, ensuring delivery of service and operational metrics You will ensure compliance of Total Rewards programs and policies and manage employee data in line with company policies Skills and Experience: Candidates will have gained the following skills and experience through previous roles: Previous experience as a Human Resources professional Knowledge of compensation and benefits programs Advanced analytical, interpersonal and influencing skills Ability to complete multiple projects and meet deadlines and be able to work under established time constraints Speaking multiple European languages is a plus.
