As a Senior Town Planner, you'll be responsible for: Managing and delivering a variety of planning projects, from initial appraisals to securing consents Preparing and submitting planning applications and appeals Conducting site appraisals, preparing reports, and presenting recommendations to clients Representing clients at planning boards, appeals, and public consultations Offering expert advice on planning policy and development control issues Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, local authorities, and stakeholders Supporting and mentoring junior members of the team Staying up to date with changes in planning legislation and industry trends KEY SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS

A degree in Town Planning or a related discipline (RTPI accredited) Chartered RTPI membership or working towards it Significant experience in town planning, including managing complex projects Strong knowledge of national and local planning policies and development control Excellent communication and negotiation skills for engaging with clients and stakeholders Project management skills with the ability to manage multiple deadlines A full UK driving licence ON OFFER
