Role & Company: Role This role is well suited for someone with a 3 years' professional Planning experience. You'll work with multiple Partners and senior members of staff ensuring diversity to your training. Your workload will be broad in scope and involve shaping and assessing the case for development projects. This will include preparing planning applications and appeals; site appraisals; planning strategies; and development plan representations. You will provide advice and guidance on planning and land use to a variety of clients including leading, developers, housebuilders, retailers and investment institutions as well as local planning authorities and other public or third sector organisations, throughout all stages of the planning process.
