The client, a dynamic and innovative Planning and Architecture Consultancy dedicated to delivering exceptional outcomes for clients across the UK, is looking for a Senior Town Planner to join the team! The work on a diverse range of property related services across a various sectors including residential, commercial, leisure, and mixed-use developments and strategic planning.

Role of a Senior Town Planner

Manage and contribute to a range of planning projects.

Prepare, submit, and oversee planning applications and appeals.

Conduct site appraisals, research, and analysis to inform planning advice.

Engage with clients, local authorities, and other stakeholders to provide expert guidance.

Stay up to date with relevant planning legislation and policy changes.

Essential Requirements as a Senior Town Planner

A degree in Town Planning or a related field (RTPI-accredited preferred).

Full membership or progress toward membership with the RTPI.

Proven experience in a planning role, ideally within consultancy or local authority.

Strong communication and organizational skills.

A proactive and solutions-focused mindset.
