About the Role:
As a Senior Town Planner, you will:
Lead and manage planning applications, appeals, and strategic projects for a diverse portfolio of clients.
Provide expert advice on planning policies and regulations, ensuring compliance and best practices.
Work collaboratively with internal teams, clients, local authorities, and stakeholders to deliver successful planning outcomes.
Mentor and support junior staff, fostering a positive and collaborative working environment.
Keep up-to-date with industry trends, legislative changes, and emerging best practices.
About You:
Proven experience as a Town Planner, ideally with a background in consultancy.
Chartered membership of the RTPI or working towards it.
Strong knowledge of the UK planning system, policies, and procedures.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively.
A proactive approach with a keen eye for detail and problem-solving.
