Are you a Senior Town Planner looking to work on exciting and diverse projects across residential, commercial, and mixed-use developments? We have an amazing opportunity for you to join a small, dynamic planning and architecture consultancy, based just outside of Cambridge, in St Ives.

The Role This is your chance to be part of a close-knit team with a real family feel, working on strategic planning projects with developers, focusing on local plans and large-scale schemes. Our client is known for their collaborative approach, and they regularly organise team days and nights out, creating a great work-life balance.

As a Senior Town Planner, you will get hands-on experience across all stages of the design and planning process. You'll work with a wide range of clients on everything from residential and commercial projects to mixed-use schemes, allowing you to broaden your skillset and make a real impact.

If you're not already a Chartered Planner, don't worry - the firm is fully committed to supporting you in achieving this, and they value hard work and reward it with clear opportunities for career progression.

What we're looking for

Strong experience in town planning, ideally within residential, commercial, and mixed-use developments Knowledge of strategic planning and local plans A proactive, team-focused attitude - this is a small team where everyone's voice matters Ambition to develop your career and work towards becoming a Chartered Town Planner (if not already chartered)
