Salary: £45,000 - £55,000 pa

The Role:

Lead planning applications for residential and commercial developments. Manage the planning process from start to finish. Liaise with local authorities, stakeholders, and clients. Prepare and submit planning reports, applications, and appeals. Mentor and support junior planning staff. Identify and resolve planning issues early in the process. Ensure high standards and deadlines are met.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead planning applications and manage the planning process. Provide expert advice on planning policy and regulations. Build and maintain relationships with local authorities and stakeholders. Prepare planning reports and submissions. Mentor junior team members. Ensure timely and successful planning outcomes.

About You:

Degree in Town Planning or related discipline. MRTPI or working towards it. Proven experience in a development-led planning environment. Strong knowledge of planning policy, legislation, and processes. Excellent communication and negotiation skills. Proactive, solution-focused with a strong will to succeed. Collaborative team player.
