The Team
Customer Growth are the heart beat of Sky. We are responsible for the commercial health ( acquisition and retention ) of ou r TV, Broadband and Mobile subscription business . Y ou'll work closely with the product P&Ls, pulling together plan s to hit commercial targets or find opportunities to drive further benefit , then execute these across our channels through various initiatives and pieces of analysis. As a result, t his role will allow you to rapidly build an internal network across Sk y . What you'll do:
We are looking for highly motivated people who have a good eye for numbers, enjoy spotting opportunities , then more importantly, enjoy doing something about it . So that could be coming up with ideas to close a gap in performance for our Voice estate or working in a team on commercial initiatives that support new product launches like WiFi Max . We have a full roadmap of future product launches , so you'll be exposed to some innovative new products on the horizon.
A n aspect of this role would entail looking at performance of our Broadband customer base when they enter a retention journey and sizing impacts from commercial or operational initiative s - pulling th is into a story and action plan for stakeholders across the business. As a result, having good communication skills is essential.
What you'll bring:
First and foremost , we are looking for proactive and inquisitive personalities who enjoy working with numbers. You will be commercial aware and if you come from a role as a commercial/ecommerce manager, analyst, buyer or any type of role where you used data to help shape decisions in the company then this role could appeal to you.
You will also be confident at presenting your recommendations to people at varying levels of seniority and excellent at collaborating across the business.

Osterley:
We work in a hybrid way with 3 days in the office and 2 at home. With such a large campus, there is a huge buzz on site along with a lot of face-face collaboration which is why we feel it is important for people to be spend a few days in the office. Within that there is a lot of flexibility as to when you start/end the day.
Our Osterley Campus is a 10-minute walk from Syon Lane train station. Or you can hop on one of our free shuttle buses that run to and from Osterley, Gunnersbury, Ealing Broadway and South Ealing tube stations. There's also plenty of bike shelters and showers.
On campus, you'll find 13 subsidised restaurants, cafes, and a Waitrose. You can keep in shape at our subsidised gym, catch the latest shows and movies at our cinema, get your car washed and even get pampered at our beauty salon."
