Key Responsibilities Teaching: To include the delivery of course sessions, supporting students in their learning outside of class time such as on the VLE platform and reviewing the outcome of the delivery of courses and taking action to rectify any identified weaknesses accordingly. Assessment and Academic administration will also be a part of this role. Work Based Learning Coach: Provide coaching and support to apprentices on CIPFA's accountancy apprenticeships, aiding their professional development and understanding of the public finance sector. Skills and Experience Required Proven experience in a training or coaching role, preferably within the public finance or education sector. Professional accountancy qualification Practical experience of accountancy, audit and/or financial management in public services Excellent communication skills both in training facilitation and in one-on-one learner support.
