Senior Transport Recruitment Consultant
Pertemps Crewe are currently recruiting for a Senior Transport Recruitment Consultant to join our Transport Desk.
Responsibilities:
Focus heavily on business development in terms of contacting prospective clients with a view to utilising our services. Sell by providing the right candidates to our clients at the right time. Maintain strong relationships in the market. Work as a 360 Recruitment Consultant. Build, develop and nurture strong relationships with existing clients while actively seeking opportunities to expand the Pertemps client base. Source candidates from a variety of channels including searching job boards, social media, attending networking events, and candidate referrals to identify and attract high-quality candidates. Stay informed on industry news, competitor activities and salary benchmarks to offer valuable insights to clients and candidates. Requirements:
A proven track record in recruitment, preferably with a minimum of 2 years' experience in a recruitment consultant position. Full UK Driving Licence. Sales Experience. In-depth understanding of recruitment practices, candidate sourcing strategies, and placing candidates. Attention to detail and ability to analyse information. Ability to work within a fast-paced working environment; organisation is key. A drive, tenacity and real customer focus. Benefits:
