This is an opportunity to join one of the UK’s fastest-growing technology companies! They are looking for a hands-on Senior Software Engineer to join one of their cross-functional teams.
The front-end is primarily React and TypeScript, and much of the back-end is currently written in Elixir, though this is rapidly being replaced by TypeScript-based technologies. They have also used Python, Go, and Rust where these are the best tools for the job. Automated tests are written using Vitest and Testing Library.
You must be able to visit their office in Newcastle at least once a month!

The ideal candidate is a hands-on full-stack software engineer with: 4+ years of experience in similar roles, whether you are currently a senior engineer or are ready to advance. Passion for problem-solving and collaboration with others regardless of discipline. Professional experience with React and TypeScript is beneficial. Experience with modern TypeScript framework development (Next.js, Hono, Express.js), automated testing, working in cross-functional teams using Agile-like methodologies, shaping project ideas, CI development, Google Cloud or AWS experience, and/or SQL query optimization would be advantageous.
