Job description We're seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Compliance Manager to join our UK team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring that our operations meet all relevant regulatory requirements, while also providing strategic advice to stakeholders on compliance risks and opportunities. What you will be doing Monitor and implement changes in UK and Gibraltar gambling regulations, directives Develop, update, and enforce compliance policies and procedures to ensure company's operations adhere to applicable UK and Gibraltar requirements Oversee submission of regulatory report, license renewals and routine licensing applications Drafting and ensuring submission of appropriate regulatory notifications Ensure appropriate governance and strategies in line with UK Gambling Commission expectations and internal UK Compliance Committee structure Conduct and contribute to regular risk assessments, updating risk registers and identifying appropriate key risk indicators Promote a "compliance culture" - ensuring the right outcomes for players, going beyond minimum regulatory requirements Advise on investigations into potential compliance/risk incidents Who we are looking for We are committed to responsible gambling, and we are looking for people who can support our ethos.
