Job Description Senior Unified Communications Manager (Data Networking) Develop and manage the organisation's network and communication infrastructure. Oversee the planning, design, and implementation of network systems. Coordinate with various departments to assess and fulfil their technology needs. Ensure network security and data privacy. Manage technology vendors and service contracts. Lead and mentor a team of IT professionals. Stay updated on the latest industry trends and advancements. Create and manage budgets for network and communication systems. The Successful Applicant A successful Senior Unified Communications Manager (Data Networking) should have: A degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or CCNA, CWNA, CWSP, CWDP, or CWAP. Experience in data network engineering, including design, installation, configuration, testing, optimization, and troubleshooting. Excellent knowledge of data privacy and network security protocols. Strong leadership and team management skills. Exceptional problem-solving abilities and the capacity to work under pressure. Good understanding of public sector requirements and regulations.
