The opportunity As an Advocate at Unity, you will bridge the gap between Unity's development team and its global community. Your primary goal is to empower Unity’s developers by providing them with the resources, guidance, and insights they need to succeed in creating outstanding experiences with Unity. Through community engagement, technical content creation, and feedback facilitation, you will help drive the success of projects built on Unity, all over the world. What you'll be doing Attend and speak at conferences, meetups, and other events to evangelize Unity technologies. Create and deliver high-quality technical content, such as presentations, tutorials, webinars, and sample projects, to educate and inspire Unity developers. Act as the voice of the community within Unity, ensuring developers' needs and frustrations are heard and addressed. Work closely with marketing, engineering, and product management teams to align on developer needs and product launches. Partner with influencers and industry experts to enhance community engagement and reach. What we're looking for Strong understanding of Unity and C# programming, with experience in developing applications or games. Excellent written and verbal communication abilities, capable of explaining complex technical concepts to a broad audience. Experience in public speaking and presentation skills for workshops, webinars, and conferences. Ability to troubleshoot technical problems and offer actionable solutions to the developer community. Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with the ability to navigate changes and prioritize tasks effectively. You might also have Familiarity with other programming languages and tools used in game development is a plus. Active involvement in game development or developer communities is highly desirable. Fluency in languages other than English is a big bonus. Additional information Relocation support is not available for this position.
