The Role I am looking for a UX Designer to join the growing team. In this role, you will contribute to the design and development of intuitive, engaging, and accessible digital experiences. Your insights will shape user interactions and ensure our solutions are optimised for usability and effectiveness. Working collaboratively with cross-functional teams, you will advocate for user needs while balancing business goals and technical feasibility. Responsibilities Conduct user research, interviews, and usability testing to understand end-user needs and pain points. Develop journey maps and wireframes to visualise and enhance user experiences. Contribute to workshops and co-design sessions with stakeholders to drive user-centric solutions. Collaborate closely with product managers to implement design best practices. Ensure accessibility, inclusivity, and usability across all digital products. Stay up to date with industry trends, tools, and best practices in UX and human-centred design. What do you need? Proven experience in user-centred design, UX research, or a related field. Strong understanding of usability principles, interaction design, and information architecture.
