We’re looking for a Senior UX Designer to join an exciting, climate-focused technology company.

What you’ll be doing

You’ll be joining the product team of this fast-growing business, working on tools that help businesses take responsibility for their carbon emissions and positive action. Reporting into the Head of Product, you’ll work alongside a team of Product Managers, UX designers, and Developers on complex SaaS products and services, including reporting journeys.

As a Senior UX Designer, you’ll be working from research through to delivery, including qualitative and quantitative research, prototyping, testing, and UI design. The product is complex and involves visualizing lots of data in meaningful ways, so you’ll solve interesting design problems and help make the complex simple. A market-leading platform, the product is used by major brands across a variety of industry sectors.

This is an exciting role for someone that cares about climate change and sustainability. You’ll be joining a business that’s growing and operating in a fascinating and fast-changing industry, so be at the cutting edge of climate software. Joining a small but growing UX design team means you’ll have a huge impact in your work and play a key role in improving the software and its future success.

What experience you’ll need

Substantial experience in a UX Design or Product Design role. Demonstrable skills in UX and interaction design including conducting research, wireframing, prototyping, and usability testing. Previous experience of working on complex web applications and ideally SaaS products. Confident working with complex information and data visualization. Visual design skills with a good eye for typography, color, layout, and UI best practices. A great communicator with good stakeholder management skills, able to build strong relationships and collaborate with others. What you’ll get in return
