Key Responsibilities: Maintain all UX/IA templates, documentation, assets, design mockups, user flows, navigational maps and experience documentation for assigned projects. Develop experience audits from other industries that can influence our own products. Collect and document research relevant to new digital experiences LCPA is considering. Partner directly with designers, developers and project managers to develop engaging user experiences. User research and ethnography - ideally both qualitative and quantitative methods. Translate business priorities into research questions and design insights. Formulate information architecture and navigation for complex data structures. Articulate future-proof design strategy for multi-audience, multi-channel, multi-app solutions. Communicate and coordinate with senior stakeholders to evangelise and advance the UX agenda.

Minimum Requirements: 5+ years of relevant experience in software UI design and iGaming experience. A portfolio demonstrating visual/interaction design skills. Able to plan and execute usability research using a variety of research methods and techniques. Knowledge of web application and mobile application UX design standards and best practices. Lead on all facets of UX process from concept generation to quality assurance.
