Senior UX Designer - NOT UI Design West London (Hybrid - 2 days per week in the office) Contract Type: Fixed Term, 12 months My client is looking to offer someone the opportunity to own and lead their UX design for the complete re-design of their omni-channel ecommerce website. They will be integrating multiple ecommerce processes and need a skilled, experienced, independent, and enthusiastic UX Designer to work alongside the UI Designers in creating intuitive, conversion-focused designs. This is a hybrid role with 2 days per week based in our London office.

Key Responsibilities: Lead UX design efforts for our e-commerce platforms, ensuring seamless user journeys from product discovery to checkout. Conduct user research, A/B testing, and usability studies to optimize design for engagement and conversion. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create wireframes, prototypes, and user flows that prioritize usability and business goals. Advocate for data-driven design improvements that enhance customer satisfaction and drive sales. Ensure all designs meet accessibility and responsive design standards across multiple devices.

What We're Looking For: Proven experience as a UX designer in an e-commerce environment, with a portfolio showcasing data-driven design decisions. Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD. Strong understanding of user behavior in online shopping and experience optimizing for conversion. Excellent collaboration and communication skills with a keen eye for detail. Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
