As a Senior UX Designer, you’ll lead the interaction design of AI-driven products, driving innovation and user-centred design. Here’s a glimpse of your first year:

Design seamless, end-to-end experiences for flagship features across web and mobile platforms. Refine and expand our Design System, ensuring it’s inclusive and impactful. Collaborate closely with developers to bring your designs to life and contribute to our Carbon Development Framework. Build meaningful connections with our users—entrepreneurs and small businesses driving change. Continuously learn and experiment with cutting-edge AI tools and methodologies. Who You Are:

You’re an ambitious Senior UX Designer who balances innovation with empathy, delivering practical solutions that resonate with real-world users.

Your Experience:

Required:

Expertise in UX/UI design with shipped projects to showcase. Deep understanding of AI technologies (e.g., machine learning, NLP, generative AI) and their application in user experiences. Advanced Figma skills. Experience designing SaaS or interactive cloud-based systems. Strong knowledge of accessible and responsive design principles.

Bonus Skills: Background in service design, information architecture, or customer journey mapping. Familiarity with Lean/Agile workflows, Design Sprints, or product-led growth. Experience with native mobile app design (iOS/Android). Function:
