Senior Validation Engineer
Senior Validation Engineer focuses on leading rf characterisation and validation activities.
What the role involves
- Leading RF characterisation and validation activities.
- Develop RF test setups and measurement infrastructure.
- Analyse 3GPP-aligned RF measurements.
- Provide measurement-driven feedback to the wider business.
- Develop automated test frameworks and scripts to improve efficiency and repeatability.
- Ability to develop automated test environments using Python, MATLAB, or similar tools.
Skills and requirements
- Strong hands-on experience in RF testing, characterisation, and validation.
- Experience performing 3GPP RF measurements.
- Experience with RF lab equipment including VNAs, spectrum analysers, and signal generators.
