I am currently recruiting a 3 - 6 month interim assignment with potential extension for my local authority client based in Cheshire.
This is for a Senior Valuation Surveyor and details are inlcuded below
- Valuate, advise, and execute property asset disposals through auctions, tenders,or direct sales, adhering to Council guidelines and statutory regulations.
- Procure properties to support the Council's regeneration plan and service delivery, utilising negotiation or statutory powers as needed.
- Facilitate the subsequent sale of acquired assets, post-planning and development brief approvals, to contribute to economic and social regeneration.
- Negotiate and execute leases, tenancies, licenses, easements, and wayleaves on behalf of all Council departments.
- Provide valuations as required, tailored to specific instructions.
- Negotiate and settle rent reviews, lease renewals, lease variations, assignments, and debt recovery, in accordance with Landlord and Tenant legislation.
RICS qualified is essential for the post.
Day rate - negotiable.
