Your new company Hays are delighted to be partnering with a superb US-owned manufacturing business with an international presence based in Warwickshire. The company has superb offices and an enviable reputation in their niche markets. Your new role We are keen to speak to VAT experts looking for a new role. The position will involve the preparation of VAT for 26 entities across the world, and we need someone who has experience preparing VAT for overseas entities. Key duties include: You will manage VAT returns submissions and balance sheet reconciliations for the team for assigned entities and the corresponding paperwork for payment. You will manage the submission of Intrastat reporting and other statutory and regulatory reporting. You will be responsible for preparing and submitting internal and external regulatory and compliance reports, and coordinating with tax advisors and regulators to ensure timely and accurate tax return filings. You will establish and manage strong relationships with the tax team, external auditors, and tax advisors. You will support the manager with common processes and other adhoc projects to drive efficiency and quality improvements within the team. What you'll need to succeed You will be a fully Qualified or QBE experienced Accountant with significant exposure to VAT. You will have a background in advisory or an industry role.
