01/12/2024 Fish Brothers are looking to recruit an experienced Senior Technician to join our team at Kia. As a Kia Dealership, we ensure that no one is better qualified to look after our vehicles. Our technical staff are trained to manufacturer standards and have access to regular support and technical information. Within the dealership, we utilise the latest diagnostic technology, tools, and best practice processes so you can offer our customers the very best assistance with their service or repair. You will be working alongside a team of skilled Technicians and will be carrying out complex repairs requiring extensive fault finding using the most up-to-date diagnostic equipment. Our Kia franchise has a strong customer base with an enthusiastic team who are focused on delivering the outstanding levels of service our customers deserve. Our Senior Technicians play a pivotal role in ensuring a first-time fix culture to maximise our customer experience and ensure that customer satisfaction is at the heart of all we do. We do this by having the right people in our dealership and also a supportive management structure to assist and guide where necessary. Minimum Requirements: Experience as a Senior Technician. Experience working within a franchised vehicle dealership. Experience of working towards targets and objectives. A relevant formal qualification in Automotive City & Guilds / NVQ Level 3.
