With an OTE of up to £45k, plus an annual loyalty bonus, this is an exciting opportunity to work on a diverse range of vehicles, including hybrid and electric models, in a supportive, career-driven environment.

Working Pattern: Monday - Friday: 8:30am - 5:00pm, with alternate Saturday mornings (8:30am - 12:30pm).

Your Role:
Lead and mentor junior technicians, setting the standard for excellence and growth.
Diagnose and repair complex faults across a variety of vehicles, including hybrid and electric models.
Ensure all work meets manufacturer standards and safety protocols.
Communicate clearly with customers and the service team to deliver exceptional service.
What You Bring:
Level 3 NVQ in Vehicle Mechanics (or equivalent).
Proven experience as a Senior/Master Technician.
Strong expertise in diagnostics, vehicle systems, and hybrid/electric models.
Excellent leadership and problem-solving skills.
Full UK driving license.
