Salary : GBP34,000 GBP37,000 per annum
Key Responsibilities:
This is a dual-role position encompassing both clinical and administrative duties. As Clinical Nurse Lead, you will:
Manage a team of 15 nurses, providing leadership, wellness support, and guidance on professional development.
Conduct probation reviews, performance appraisals, and oversee CPD (Continuing Professional Development) and career progression.
Facilitate smooth patient flow by coordinating with veterinary surgeons and triaging patients.
Support the Head Nurse in team management and be a key contributor to overall team wellness.
Note : You will
not
be responsible for scheduling rotas. Hours: Full-time position (40 hours per week) inclusive of lunch breaks. Working hours alternate weekly between:
7:00 am 3:00 pm 12:00 pm 8:00 pm
Requirements: Proven senior nursing experience, ideally in a leadership or Head Nurse role. Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to thrive in a collaborative team environment.
