Work-Life Balance
Our full-time position offers an average of 40 hours per week, encompassing weekday nights, weekend on a 1:2 rotation, a share of bank holidays and no more than three consecutive nights. Additionally, you’ll have five hours per week dedicated to management tasks, which you can complete from home or a location that inspires you. This role is crafted to provide the flexibility to shape your work environment.
