Senior Veterinary Surgeon - Small Animal

We are looking for a Senior Veterinary Surgeon with experience and confidence in both consultations and operations for small animals. You will be expected to lead areas of specialism including consults for illnesses, injuries, and vaccinations. Your Role and Responsibilities
In addition to clinical work, you’ll support our Clinical Director in managing our team at Long Stratton, working closely with our Practice Manager and Head Nurse to streamline operations and optimise daily schedules. Responsibilities include: Organizing monthly vet meetings Conducting one-on-one check-ins Addressing clinical queries Assisting with complaint resolution Collaborating with other Senior Vets across our branches Engaging in monthly senior clinical meetings Supporting our vets with annual reviews Why Join Chapelfield?
