Full time, 10.5-hour day / 4 ON & 4 OFF shift pattern Monday to Sunday This is the ideal opportunity for a practical and motivated individual to join our busy Warehouse and contribute to the ongoing success of a growing international company. This role is ideal for anyone with experience as a Warehouse Supervisor, Stock Controller or Goods In & Despatch Supervisor with effective team leadership skills.

What will your role be? As a Senior Warehouse Team Leader, you will supervise all operations across all warehouses, ensuring that goods are efficiently and accurately received, verified against manifests, stored, picked, and dispatched on time. You will have strong communication skills and problem-solving abilities, as you will be dealing with customer queries via telephone, email, and in person. You will use your expert organisational and leadership skills to support your teams in delivering the company’s ATM repair and refurbishment function. Is this role right for you? To succeed in this role, it is essential to have previous experience in leading and managing a team, along with communication skills and the ability to train and motivate colleagues to reach their goals. You need to be flexible and able to work on a shift pattern 7 days per week and act as the first point of contact in the manager’s absence. You will have direct responsibilities for customer enquiries and operational challenges, ensuring best working practices in line with Test Link’s policies and procedures, as you will be involved in disciplinaries, performance management, and investigations. Required Skills: Experience in managing or leading a team Warehouse or inventory management experience Strong communication skills and customer-focused approach Strong organisational and analytical skills IT literate and able to adapt to new systems easily Highly motivated and able to motivate others to achieve their goals Strong eye for detail and the ability to maintain accurate records Able to work on own initiative to solve problems Team player Calm and collected, with the ability to work under occasional pressure Good interpersonal skills – confident, cooperative, and flexible.
