Become our expert hands-on Next.js and React developer. Bring the team with you as you ensure quality and right first time when it comes to the development of all our web applications. If aspirations are to become a Lead Developer, with more responsibility for the strategy and development of the overall architecture, plus leading and mentoring junior developers, then we can also talk about how we can support and get you there in the future. The core aim of the Web Team is to support the development and maintenance of the Company’s brand, look and feel across several web applications including the Company’s Website. We are committed to delivering web applications of high quality, which we believe starts with delivering high-quality code and architecture, systematic code reviews, testing, and deployment automation. Being Agile is key to what we do: the business is evolving quickly, and we are working closely with other teams to assist them in various projects. This gives you plenty of room for taking initiatives and making a difference. We believe in creating a friendly, diverse, supportive, and inclusive environment, with a strong focus on personal development through code reviews, developers meetings, mentoring, and training. Our Stack

Our latest stack includes Node.js with TypeScript for the backend, and a combination of Vue.js and Next.js (React) for the frontend. This stack is subject to change, based on changes in the industry and suggestions within the team; we are open-minded about what we use and always strive to improve and use the right tools for the job. We also use Strapi as our headless CMS, combined with GraphQL, DynamoDB, and PostgreSQL. We integrate with our CRM through REST APIs. We use GitLab for version control and use GitLab pipelines for deployment to a Kubernetes cluster on AWS. If you bring experience of the above stack (Next and React being key) and are looking to make a difference, then we would love to hear from you and see if your aspirations and our team could be a match. Staff rewards, benefits, and opportunities

We foster a collaborative, engaging culture that empowers staff to grow and maximize their skills. We want to challenge our people in a fair environment where hard work is rewarded and a path for progression is open to all. Generous employer pension; up to 8% matched contribution Income protection & life assurance 25 days holiday (plus bank holidays), holiday purchase scheme, and Yay Days! Health cash plan, 24/7 remote GP access, and Employee Assistance Programme including counselling & legal advice Unlimited access to online training and development content via our Learning Management System Long service benefits and monthly employee recognition Enhanced maternity and paternity provisions Flexible working environment Health & Wellbeing initiatives and company-funded social events Our values

Our approach is to work guided by our mission, vision, and values. Find a way, Be committed, Do the right thing, Keep it simple.
