We have an exciting opportunity for a Senior Event Manager to join our ambitious team.

Hampton Manor, a beautiful, family-owned estate, is on the search for an event manager to join our young and dynamic team. Our estate consists of an incredible courtyard space for bespoke, luxury events and weddings; Michelin-starred Grace and Savour restaurant, plus Smoke, a more casual restaurant serving wood-fired feasts. We're also home to a cookery school and artisan bakery. We were recently named in The Telegraph's Top 50 hotels in the world and awarded two keys by Michelin.

About you We are looking for an enthusiastic, driven, and passionate individual with a strong work ethic to join our successful and ambitious events team in delivering bespoke weddings and events. The successful candidate will have an open and approachable manner and thrive on interacting with people, leading a team, and taking responsibility for the department.

What the job involves

Supporting our Operations Director with the running and delivery of all our bespoke weddings and events, both private and corporate, going above and beyond customer expectations.

This role is fully operational and involves evening and weekend work.

You will be expected to recruit and train any new staff and be in charge of leading the team to deliver the event or wedding.

Working in a fast-paced, high-pressured environment.

Working within different areas of the hotel when required, to deliver the same standard across the whole hotel.

Bar work and training will sometimes be necessary.
