The opportunity As a WordPress Web Developer, you will play a key role in designing, developing, and maintaining the group’s custom WordPress websites. Customize and optimize WordPress-based websites to meet performance, SEO, and accessibility standards. Collaborate with designers, developers, and stakeholders to ensure project success. Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve website and server-related issues. Stay updated on the latest WordPress trends and technologies to implement best practices. About you You are a skilled and experienced WordPress Developer with a proven track record of building custom themes and robust WordPress solutions. The successful Senior WordPress Developer will have: A minimum of 5 years of strong WordPress Web Development experience. Expertise in PHP and developing custom WordPress themes and plugins. Proficient in front-end technologies including HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and jQuery. Experience with website performance optimization and debugging tools. Strong understanding of responsive design and cross-browser compatibility. Familiarity with Git or other version control systems. Knowledge of SEO best practices and accessibility standards.
