Senior Workforce Management Specialist , part of the People Team, under the HR Ops function. Team VP of People, Delivery Manager, HR Ops Schedule Flexible About the role

Resource Management function serves as the primary responsible person for talent capacity management, ensuring quality and just-in-time talent availability. Supports Delivery in talent pool retention, cost-effective management of talent pool, manage potential staffing opportunities. Forecast and control accurate assignment of billed people within the projects in accordance with their skill sets, previous experience, and availability; Ensuring alignment between planned and actual workloads, and maintaining the accuracy of resource plans. Monitoring and managing talents workload, utilization, and overtime hours. Mitigate and address discrepancies if any happens. Act as HR People Partner for Bench/Talent Pool and as HR Business Partner for Delivery Management, as well as for BU Head in regard to workforce management processes. Managing bench resources ensuring financial discipline while optimizing resource allocation. Proactively manage bench costs by ensuring that resources are allocated to projects as efficiently as possible across the company. Overseeing ramp downs on projects – making sure all employees stay in the company and are moved to another billable project in a timely manner; Prepare & present weekly/monthly analytics on WfM stream with key KPIs (e.g. weekly utilization report, etc.). Creation of policies, procedures, and processes that regulate internal workforce management according to the business strategy. Managing resource conflicts to get a win-win resolution; Knowing all the current and upcoming projects run in an organization and business development activities and being able to plan to resource accordingly; We’re looking for you if you have

Ability to work independently, self-managed and autonomous within defined KPIs. Strong skill in stakeholder management. Strong business acumen, knowing project specific/variabilities in IT industry is a significant plus. Strong analytical skills, ability to collect, organize, analyze data on a mature business level; Proven ability to identify the root causes of issues by analyzing patterns and trends with its further presentation to the company executive team.
