As the Senior Workshop Supervisor, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing the operations of our workshop facility in Aberdeen. You will be responsible for managing a team of technicians, ensuring the timely and efficient assembly, maintenance, and repair of ROVs. Your expertise in electronics, hydraulics, and mechanical systems will be essential in maintaining the highest standards of quality and safety. Key Responsibilities: Lead and supervise a team of workshop technicians, providing guidance, training, and support as needed. Coordinate workshop activities to meet production schedules and deadlines. Conduct thorough inspections, diagnostics, and troubleshooting of ROV systems. Oversee the assembly, testing, and commissioning of new ROV units. Manage inventory and procurement of spare parts and equipment. Implement and enforce safety protocols and procedures in accordance with industry standards. Collaborate with engineering and design teams to optimize ROV performance and functionality. Provide technical support and assistance to clients both onsite and remotely. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Engineering or a related field. Proven experience (minimum 5 years) in a supervisory role within the ROV industry. Strong knowledge of electronics, hydraulics, and mechanical systems. Proficiency in reading and interpreting technical drawings and schematics. Excellent leadership and communication skills. Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
