The Role/Project
The Project is a £45million fit out of a brand new building over in Mayfair near Green Park Station. You will be fitting out the first of its kind "Business Orientated Private Members Club" which will include a number of meeting rooms and drawing rooms of various sizes, as well as numerous individual work areas.
It will also house the wellness amenities including a 25-metre swimming pool, a state-of-the-art gym, spa and treatment rooms.
You will join part of a well oiled delivery team as a Senior/Construction Manager being given an area at a time to look over. (Overseeing Design, Programme, H&S, RAMS) You will be acting as the Senior Project Managers eyes and ears on the project.
The Salary
In return you will see up to £80,000 + Package
