Lead and mentor a team of developers, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features. Ensure the performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications. Identify and correct bottlenecks and fix bugs. Help maintain code quality, organisation, and automation. Requirements:
Proven experience in a senior or lead developer role. Experience with leading and mentoring developers. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Willingness to work in the Reading office twice a week.
