What we would require from you Due to a number of new high profile projects, we require an experienced building services engineer to join our team. As a qualified senior/principal electrical building services design engineer, we would require you to undertake the following duties: Planning, designing, monitoring and inspecting M&E systems. Advising clients, architects and other consultants on matters relating to building services and interdisciplinary matters. Making life-cycle decisions about existing systems equipment and the appropriate location of new equipment. Designing systems with the aid of computer-aided design software such as Autocad, Revit and Mechanical/Electrical calculation software. Overseeing and supervising the installation of building systems throughout the construction phase of a project. Ensuring that the design of the proposed building services meets legislative and health and safety requirements. Meeting manufacturers of M&E plant/equipment to keep up-to-date with the latest products. We are looking for someone with a 'can-do' attitude who can help take Survey Design Consult to the next level. What's in it for you?
