Job Description Job title: Senior/Principal EC&I Engineer Job Type: Contract Start date: ASAP - Subject to clearance Duration: 12 months Salary/ Pay rate/ Benefits: £45-£70/hr Umbrella Location: Preston/Warrington/Cumbria Hours of work: 37 hours Mon-Friday Applicants must have experience of the following: 3-5 years (senior) or 6+ years (Principal) experience Demonstrable knowledge of EC&I techniques and practices Good knowledge of technical documentation production Good design experience Detailed knowledge of standards and regulations Good communication skills Ideally applicants should also have: Bachelor's degree or higher Chartership status Role information: Develop EC&I design drawings Produce calculations and technical documentation Oversee others work to ensure quality is being maintained Lead a multidisciplined engineering team Prepare and review quality plans Ensure project works are delivered to scope and budget requirements Resolve technical issues and ensure changes are made to avoid further technical problems Ensure designs are compliant with regulatory requirements Produce and maintain health and safety documentation and ensure regulations and procedures are adhered to Mentor engineers to improve their skillset when required Develop good working relationships with stakeholders Interested in this position? please click "apply now".
