With a team of over 100 engineers across multiple offices, they are dedicated to delivering high-quality engineering solutions. Known for their impressive portfolio and long-standing client relationships with major contractors, they work on diverse, multi-million-pound projects across healthcare, student accommodation, residential, hotel, and multi-use sectors throughout the UK. They are now seeking a Senior Level Mechanical Engineer to join their Belfast Team with a clear route to gaining company shares and becoming a director within the first 2-3 years. They have a track record of progression with multiple Directors joining as an Intermediate. Key Responsibilities:

Lead mechanical engineering design for large-scale projects, typically from RIBA Stage 3 to handover. Collaborate with a talented team of MEP engineers and an in-house Revit team to deliver high-quality engineering solutions. Engage in weekly resource management meetings with technical directors to discuss project allocation and team resourcing. Mentor junior engineers and contribute to a culture of technical excellence and collaboration. Requirements:

Mechanical/Building Services Engineering Degree (Preferable) Demonstrable technical expertise in mechanical building services engineering. Proven track record in managing complex projects and delivering high-quality designs. Knowledge of CIBSE guidelines. An understanding of Revit, AutoCAD, IES, Hevacomp (Desirable). Strong communication skills and commitment to professional growth. Ability to commute to Belfast. Full right to work within the UK.
