Senior Sales & Event Planner

to join their elite team. Based in Surrey, you will be responsible for driving sales, managing client relationships, and overseeing the seamless execution of events across the county and beyond. You will work closely with clients to understand their vision and requirements, and coordinate with our culinary and operations teams to ensure that every detail exceeds expectations. The ideal candidate will be a strong communicator with experience in high-end catering, event planning, and sales, and possess the ability to manage multiple high-pressure events with ease. Key Responsibilities: Generate new business leads and manage incoming inquiries for private and corporate events throughout Surrey. Conduct site visits and consultations with prospective clients to understand their event vision. Prepare and present tailored proposals that highlight our offerings, pricing, and services. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring high client satisfaction and retention. Event Planning & Coordination: Work closely with clients to plan event logistics, including menu selection, venue setup, and event flow. Collaborate with culinary and service teams to ensure flawless execution on the day of the event. Manage timelines, budgets, and vendor contracts to deliver events within scope and on budget. Handle any last-minute changes or challenges to ensure the event runs smoothly and meets client expectations. Serve as the primary point of contact for clients from initial consultation to event day. Work cross-functionally with internal teams (chefs, service staff, logistics) to ensure seamless event delivery. Train and oversee event staff to provide exceptional service and hospitality on-site. Provide leadership and problem-solving support during events to ensure client satisfaction. Post-Event Follow-Up & Reporting: Conduct post-event evaluations with clients to gather feedback and identify areas for improvement. Prepare reports on event outcomes, client feedback, and future recommendations. Maintain accurate records of all event-related documentation, contracts, and communications. Qualifications & Experience: Proven experience in high-end event planning, catering sales, or hospitality management. Strong track record in sales, client management, and event execution within a premium service environment. Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with a high degree of detail. A passion for food, hospitality, and delivering exceptional customer experiences. Experience with CRM systems, event management software, and Microsoft Office Suite. Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed for events. Apply Now!
