We have an exciting new opportunity available working for a leading healthcare organisation that provides specific treatments in renal and kidney care. They’re seeking a Senior Staff Nurse and a Staff Nurse to join their team based in Crawley. What’s on offer?

Awareness and understanding of the NMC code of professional conduct. In possession of, or working towards, a post-registration clinical course in Renal Nursing (ENB 136 or equivalent). Strong experience in a renal dialysis setting, ideally 2 years or more. Role Responsibilities for a Senior Staff Nurse
Take ownership of care programs for renal patients, performing patient assessments throughout treatment. Prepare and monitor dialysis machines and systems. Undertake the role of Nurse in Charge and occasionally deputise for the Clinic Manager. Provide mentorship to the team, empowering fellow nurses and staff to share knowledge and skills.
