To be Organic’s ‘go-to’ for all things SEO, as well as playing an integral part in the success of the SEO team. This includes owning the SEO relationships for various clients and maintaining expert knowledge status in all things SEO. Duties and key responsibilities

Owning the SEO workstreams. This includes: Managing retainers on a weekly basis, from initial consultation through to creation and delivery of training. Delivering training to other clients. Potential development of workstreams for other clients. Responding to ad-hoc client queries around SEO and consulting with them to identify solutions. Acting as an integral part to SEO relationships with various clients, and spotting opportunities to inspire account growth. Collaborating with the wider Organic team in order to ensure a quality-first approach to cross-channel client projects. Communicating and supporting on strategy and gaining client approval on ongoing projects. Creating and delivering SEO training to clients, as well as the wider Organic team. Expected to keep up to date with industry trends/updates/changes. Always looking for ways to improve, upskill, train and develop both personally and what Organic offers to clients. Supporting more junior members of the team and wider business when possible. Being able to assist on new business pitches when necessary. Contribute to growing the status of the department (blog posts, articles, thought leadership). Experience required

2+ years working within SEO. Knowledge across content and the more technical aspects. Familiarity with tools such as SEMrush, Sistrix, Deepcrawl and Screaming Frog. Managing SEO projects/accounts either in-house or agency. What you’ll get in return
