Conduct comprehensive keyword research and analysis to identify opportunities for organic growth. Create and manage high-quality, engaging, and SEO-friendly content strategies, briefs, and copy for blogs, articles, websites, and other digital platforms, all designed to deliver on ambitious marketing objectives. Systematic content curation to ensure we are producing timely content when it’s still relevant. Content editing – nurturing content writers to produce content that consistently meets high client standards. Optimise existing content to improve search engine visibility and user experience. Monitor and analyse content performance using tools, such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and other SEO tools. Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends, algorithm updates, and best practices in SEO. Must Have

2+ years experience as a content writer. Excellent English writing, editing, and proofreading skills. Ability to create compelling and informative content that is optimised for search engines. Used to writing quickly to tight deadlines. Experience constructively critiquing and editing others’ work. Ability to write detailed internal briefs for content creation across all mediums. Ability to create impactful content plans. Can write about anything – from light-hearted B2C copy to niche B2B subject matters. Understanding of search engine algorithms, ranking factors, and SEO best practices. Understanding of Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog or similar. Well organised, efficient, and punctual. A good team player. True passion for writing great content. Transparency and trustworthiness. Excellent communication and collaboration skills. Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects effectively. Experience with content management systems (CMS) such as WordPress (preferred, not essential). Experience in link-building and outreach campaigns (preferred, not essential). Good to Have

Bachelor’s degree in English, Journalism, Media or equivalent. Experience writing technical, B2B content. Experience planning and delivering marketing campaigns. Experience in an agency setting or working in a fast-paced environment. Ability to conduct website audits to identify and resolve SEO content issues.
