We are seeking an SEO & Digital PR Consultant to join our team who is proactive and passionate about putting together high-quality strategies for their clients.

The role involves understanding a client’s goals, compiling a strategy to deliver results for both SEO success and brand growth, and then working to deliver on that strategy. You will be working alongside team members across our agency, and we expect most team members to be able to work closely with clients too, so good communication skills are essential. The role requires someone who has a solid background in SEO but is looking to use their creativity to bring Digital PR campaigns to life. We are looking for someone who is ready to jump into more technical SEO tasks, whilst also being comfortable landing coverage to boost clients' SEO and brand awareness. Responsibilities: Leading on strategy and undertaking various tasks to achieve success for our clients, including technical optimisation, off-page SEO, and content optimisation. Leading the Digital PR strategy from ideation to coverage in relevant media outlets for several key clients. Keeping a keen eye on the media landscape and identifying opportunities for significant media coverage for our clients. Utilising data sources to come up with SEO and PR strategies for our clients, to secure great results. Reporting on results, communicating with colleagues and clients about next steps, and identifying new opportunities for clients. Attending relevant industry events and running learning and development sessions internally. Structuring and managing your own workload, organising and prioritising tasks to deliver the best results for clients. Required Skills & Experience: 3+ years’ experience in an SEO or a Digital PR related role. Proven experience in creating strategies that have resulted in great SEO results. Preferably some experience in creating and executing Digital PR or off-page SEO strategies. Understanding of how Digital PR efforts play a key role in SEO performance. Confident using tools such as Ahrefs, SEMRush, GA4, and Screaming Frog. Strong organisational, communication, and commercial skills. An understanding of Fountain’s other services: Paid Media, Measurement, and Conversion Rate Optimisation. Experience in writing excellent and engaging copy. A portfolio of previous examples of your work is essential. While previous agency experience isn’t a must, an awareness of the particular nature of agency life would be helpful. At Fountain, we’re passionate about our culture, our values, and about always improving our way of working. We give Fountaineers a large amount of flexibility, and in return, ask them to hold themselves accountable to their colleagues, their clients, and the agency to deliver exceptional outcomes. We’re committed to building a truly exceptional place to work. And while we’d never claim to always get it right, we do promise that we’ll always do our best. Here are some of the benefits of joining our team: Genuinely flexible working and a commitment to supporting “life beyond work” for our team members. A hybrid-remote set-up, with technology set up to enable remote as well as in-person work. An exceptional working culture that celebrates expertise and supports autonomy. A focus on progression and development, including monthly Learning Days (with pizza!). Lovely, well-equipped office in the heart of Norwich city centre with all the usual agency perks, from snacks to ping-pong tournaments. 25 days of holiday a year, plus bank holidays. An additional day of holiday for each year at Fountain (up to 34 days). Private healthcare cover through Aviva and Bupa. This role can be remote, hybrid-remote, or fully office-based, depending on your preferences. The interview process will involve first and second stage interviews, as well as an informal meet-and-greet with key team members. Please apply via email to rebecca@fountainpartnership.co.uk with a CV and covering letter, and feel free to share examples of results you have generated in your application.
