Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and results-driven SEO Manager to oversee our search engine optimisation strategies and efforts. The SEO Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing effective SEO practices to improve website visibility, drive organic traffic, and grow organic revenue. This role requires strong analytical skills, curiosity, creativity, and a deep understanding of search engine algorithms and best practices. A proven track record in strategising excellent results in SEO campaigns is a must. Key Responsibilities Strategy Development:

Design and execute comprehensive SEO strategies to meet business goals. Conduct competitor analysis to identify opportunities and gaps in competitive SERPs. International SEO - define the strategy per market. Develop a consistent tone of voice across site communications. On-Page Optimisation:

Perform keyword research and map keywords to relevant pages. Optimize website content, meta descriptions, title tags, and headers for search engines. Ensure proper URL structure, internal linking, and site navigation. Off-Page Optimisation:

Develop link-building strategies to improve domain authority, working with linkbuilding agencies if required. Build relationships with PR, influencers and bloggers and pitch brand moments. Technical SEO:

Conduct site audits to identify and resolve issues related to crawling, indexing, or performance. Build and maintain an optimised site infrastructure for customer usability and crawlability. Work with the Ecommerce Team to optimise site speed and mobile usability. Implement and oversee schema markup and Hreflang structure. Onsite Content:

Create SEO site content to a high standard, such as blogs and product and collection descriptions. Monitor content performance and refine based on key findings and performance. Regularly audit onsite content to ensure it is up to date with latest Google Core Updates. Analytics & Reporting:

Use tools like Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and SEMrush to track performance. Provide monthly detailed reports on rankings, traffic, and other key metrics. Set measurable KPIs and communicate results to stakeholders. Team Collaboration:

Coordinate with cross-functional teams including Product, Ecommerce, CS, Content, Marketing and external development. Stay updated with the latest SEO trends, algorithm updates, and industry news. Qualifications Experience:

Proven experience (3+ years) in SEO, with a track record of improving organic search performance. Experience ideating, executing and reporting on SEO campaigns for ecommerce or content-driven websites is essential. Experience in testing SEO strategies to ensure a data driven approach is required. Experience in the Fashion or Sports Industry is a plus. Skills:

Proficiency with SEO tools like SEMrush, Ahrefs, Moz, Screaming Frog, and Google Analytics. Understanding of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and Shopify. Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
