We are seeking a talented SEO Manager to join our award-winning team. Sosemo is a well-established, start-up digital marketing agency that specializes in managing social, search and mobile marketing services. The ideal candidate will be entrepreneurial-spirited, highly detail-oriented, and have exceptional problem-solving skills along with prior SEO and management experience, preferably at an agency. Paid Search and Media experience is a plus. Our office is located at 26 Broadway. In addition to working with a stellar team, our office has beautiful common areas, monthly events, and free snacks and coffee. Please note: our office is following all CDC and state guidelines. Fully remote employees located outside New York City will also be considered and are encouraged to apply. Other benefits include competitive salary (salary range: $82,500 - $95,000), bonuses, health insurance, life insurance, 401K, vacation/sick days, flex time, workers compensation, unemployment, and more. Duties & Responsibilities

Conduct keyword research and analysis Provide search engine accessibility consulting Provide optimization recommendations for site content Develop and execute link building strategies Execute blogger outreach programs Demonstrate value against all initiatives by providing monthly/quarterly metrics reports Research and keep up on industry trends Develop new SEO services and refine processes Manage and develop junior resources Qualifications

4-year college degree in marketing, computer science, or related field Must have an adequate number of LinkedIn endorsements for SEO Passion for digital marketing and entrepreneurship Must have strong analytical and problem-solving skills Must have strong verbal and written communication skills Ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects simultaneously Must be able to make decisions in a fast-paced environment Must be highly detail-oriented Must have basic knowledge of web technologies Must have working knowledge of social networking sites, search engines, and app stores 4-6 years of experience managing SEO campaigns Prior team management experience Health and pharmaceutical experience is a plus Additional Information
