A bit about the job: We’re looking for a commercially focused SEO Manager to lead the SEO program for our product specific agile squads. You will manage initiatives that drive business growth from demand to sales. You’ll develop strategies based on customer insights and market data, leading large-scale SEO program deliverables, and ensuring the seamless delivery of complex deployments. You will work closely with our Paid Search, Social Media and CRM teams to ensure an integrated search strategy. Your role will involve identifying content gaps, briefing content using SEO best practices, and executing effective outreach campaigns. You will support the product Go-To-Market teams and collaborate with various teams to achieve business goals, effectively communicating growth insights to senior leaders and stakeholders.

Skills and experience we’re looking for: Extensive experience in SEO, both in agency and in-house settings, with a proven track record of delivering business growth and demonstrating SEO commercial success. Strong experience working with internal and external content teams and conducting content gap analysis to create SEO-optimized content briefs. Technical SEO expertise, with the ability to brief technical requirements. Working together with other marketing channels to amplify SEO generated content. Experience working with large brands, ideally within Financial Services or regulatory industries, and a data-driven, customer-focused approach.
