You'll be responsible for ensuring our websites are optimized from a technical perspective to maximize search engine visibility and performance. Working closely with the Head of Performance Marketing and the Product Development team, your role will focus on both tactical execution and strategic SEO planning. From conducting site audits and improving site architecture to managing complex SEO projects, you'll have a significant impact on our organic growth strategy. Key Responsibilities: Technical SEO Expertise: Conduct regular site audits, identifying and resolving technical issues that may impact search engine rankings, including site speed, mobile optimization, crawl errors, and indexing issues. Site Architecture Optimization: Work closely with the product team to improve site structure, internal linking, and URL strategies to boost organic search visibility and user experience. Keyword Research & Growth Opportunities: Lead keyword research and analysis to inform content strategy and identify opportunities to increase rankings and drive relevant traffic. Monitoring & Reporting: Track, analyze, and report on SEO performance using tools like Google Analytics, Search Console, and SEMRush. Provide actionable insights to improve rankings and meet KPIs. Stay Ahead of SEO Trends: Continuously research and apply the latest SEO best practices, algorithm updates, and industry trends to ensure we stay competitive in the ever-evolving SEO landscape. Collaboration with Development & Design Teams: Collaborate with web development and design teams to ensure SEO best practices are integrated into new site features and updates. Who We're Looking For: We need someone with a strong technical SEO background who can dive deep into the technical aspects of our website and deliver real improvements. You should be highly analytical and have the ability to translate complex SEO data into actionable strategies that enhance search performance. Key Requirements: Technical SEO Mastery: Extensive experience in technical SEO, including site audits, page speed optimization, and mobile-first indexing. SEO Tools Expertise: Proficiency in Google Analytics, Search Console, SEMRush, and similar tools for monitoring and optimizing SEO performance. Analytical Mindset: Strong ability to analyze large data sets and translate insights into SEO actions. Experience in Complex Environments: Proven success in managing SEO for large websites or e-commerce platforms with significant traffic. Collaboration & Communication: Ability to work closely with cross-functional teams, including product development, design, and marketing, to ensure SEO is a core part of every decision. Desirable Skills: Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript for SEO recommendations. Experience with SQL and data visualization tools for reporting and analysis.
