Job Summary
We are seeking a talented and results-driven SEO Specialist to join our Marketing Team, supporting the SEO Director in optimising and executing SEO strategies across multiple brands. The successful candidate will work closely with the SEO Director to drive organic traffic growth, improve search engine rankings, and contribute to the overall digital marketing performance of our brands.
Key Responsibilities
Undertake regular keyword research, backlink and competitor gap analysis to identify opportunities for growth
Run regular technical audits and implement changes
Execute on-page optimisations on a regular basis with a test and learn mindset
Implement changes in CMS
Maintain and send regular weekly and monthly reports
Manage and plan content production, collaborate with the Content Team, and support them with SEO best practices
Collaborate with the SEO Director and other senior stakeholders
Collaborate with developers and product teams to implement necessary features and changes
Perform content audits and landscape analyses to deliver insight-driven content strategies
Develop new SEO tests and strategies for multiple sites in different verticals
Present and communicate SEO strategies and initiatives to internal stakeholders
Keep up to date with the latest SEO trends, strategies and algorithm changes
Requirements
2+ years of experience working in SEO, preferably within an agency or in-house marketing team.
Good understanding of SEO best practices
Passion for SEO and internet marketing
Ability to create, justify, communicate and implement SEO
Data-driven and analytical mindset
Strong knowledge of technical SEO, including site audits and mobile optimization
Strong knowledge of performance metrics and search KPIs for long-form content
Experience working with SEO tools, including Google Search Console, Google Analytics, Looker Studio, SEMRush, Screaming Frog & Ahrefs
Experience with and/or understanding of other marketing channels (e.g. PPC)
